Waterway Employees Memorial Boulder, is a commemorative monument dedicated to the employees of the Oder Waterway, which was erected in 1983. It was designed by the artist Stanisław Mikina. The basic, central element of the composition is an erratic boulder excavated in 1917 during the construction of new water channels: The main element of the composition is the erratic boulder excavated in 1917 during the construction of the new water channels: Navigation and Flood. It is surrounded by elements symbolically related to sailing: an anchor, a ship propeller, a mast and a flag code. The whole placed on a small mound is surrounded by a group of trees. The monument is under the care of the Regional Water Management Board in Wroclaw. The approximate dimensions of the boulder are: 4 m x 3 m, with a height of about 2 m. It is set on a foundation made of concrete. On it there is a rectangular mark where the bronze plaque was placed with an inscription: To the workers of the Odra Waterway - its builders, shipyard workers, sailors and porters who with their toil revived the Odra for Poland. The unveiling of the plaque took place on 24 June 1983, as part of the celebration of Maritime Days and the 65th anniversary of the Waterways Directorate at the Ministry of Communications.

The monument is located on Jana Kochanowskiego Avenue between the southern and northern Jagielloński Bridges, on the side of the old bridges, on the causeway separating the Navigation Channel from the Flood Channel. The Zacisze water barrage is located in this area: in the south, under the old Jagiellonian Bridge south - Zacisze Weir, in the north, above the old Jagiellonian Bridge north - Zacisze Sluice. Behind the monument is the building of the Regional Water Management Board in Wroclaw.
