Farny Cemetery in Września - a historic Roman Catholic cemetery, located in the center of Września, Września County, Greater Poland Province.
It is located between Gnieznieńska, 68th Infantry Regiment and Antoni Zamysłowskiego Streets, on the south adjacent to the grounds of the Wrzesnia 68th Infantry Regiment Local Government Primary School No. 1 and the Victoria Września Municipal Sports Club. The main gate to the cemetery is located on Gnieznieńska Street. The cemetery was established about 1800, the last burials took place in 1973. There is a small chapel on the cemetery grounds. The cemetery contains graves from different periods, including those of monumental character, related to important historical events.
