St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Rawicz-Sarnów is a Roman Catholic parish church in the former town of Sarnowo, now a district of Rawicz, in Greater Poland Province. It belongs to Rawicz deanery. Located on Kilińskiego street.
The present brick building was constructed in 1718 from the foundation of Joanna Zakrzewska, née Szołdrska, and consecrated in 1745 by the Poznań bishop Józef Kierski. In 1769 a tower was added, thanks to the efforts of Marianna Zakrzewska, castellan of Kalisz. During World War II the church was turned into a warehouse. In 1948 it was renovated. It represents the Baroque style. Oriented. Built of brick and plastered. A hall-shaped, polygonal closure on the eastern side. On the western side there is a tower with a sundial and a porch in the ground floor. On the northern side of the nave there is a square chapel of Our Lady of the Scapular with a two-storey sacristy, and on the southern side there is an octagonal chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary. The interior is covered with an apparent cradle, the Chapel of Our Lady of the Scapular is covered with sagittarius vaults.
