Monument to Cyril Ratajski in Poznań, pre-war mayor of the city. Unveiled on 23 April 2002 on Anders Square in the city center, in front of the Poznan Financial Centre at 1 p.m. The monument was unveiled by the granddaughter of Cyril Ratajski, Mrs. Zofia Ratajska - Thaler, and the presidents Ryszard Grobelny, Andrzej Wituski and Wojciech Szczesny Kaczmarek. The monument, designed by Jan Kucz, was consecrated by Archbishop Stanislaw Gądecki. During the ceremony a Commemorative Book was displayed, in which the names of the sponsors of the monument were listed, and the participants of the ceremony and invited guests made memorial entries in it. The book has been deposited in the Poznań City History Museum. Before the main ceremonies, at 10 am, a memorial plaque was unveiled at Cyryl Ratajski Square, on the wall of the Tax Chamber building
