Holy Trinity Church in Nowe Miasto nad Warta is a Roman Catholic parish church in the former town, now village of Nowe Miasto nad Warta, in the municipality of Nowe Miasto nad Warta, in Środa County, Greater Poland Province. It belongs to nowomiejski decanate. It is located on Kościelna Street.
It is a Gothic building from the second half of the fifteenth century, three-nave, hall, stellar vaults. In 1593 a Renaissance chapel was built over the sacristy, and in 1614 a late Renaissance chapel was added to the south. In 1959 a magnificent Renaissance polychromy from 1563, perfectly preserved, was discovered in the temple along the entire length of the vaults and partially on the pillars. The interior decoration comes from the 17th and 18th centuries. The Renaissance stalls from the second half of the 16th century, the Renaissance relief with the bust of God the Father from about 1520, in the sacristy the Gothic iron sheet metal door.
