Freshwater Fish Park - a theme park located on a bike path completed in 2013 on the eastern shore of Lake Sarcz in Trzcianka.
The first stage of the park construction was completed on 31 December 2013. The project is implemented within the framework of the measure - Waters Full of Fish implemented by the Nadnotecka Fishing Group. The object was made to increase the tourist attractiveness of the municipality, as well as an educational park. It aims to disseminate knowledge and information about fish, their natural environment, diet, with particular emphasis on fish species occurring locally. The axis of the assumption is a group of freshwater fish models made in enlarged plastic. They are characterized by precision and fidelity to the originals. Models allow you to learn the anatomy of individual species. Each of the models has a description board. In addition, fifteen educational boards on ichthyological issues have been installed. The park is an integral part of the recreational area of Trzcianka, located by the Sarcz lake. The project was co-financed by the European Union under the European Fisheries Fund. The number of fish models will be gradually increased.
