Dormition of the Holy Mother of God Church is an Orthodox parish church in Czyż, in the Hajnówka deanery of the Warsaw-Biels diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
It is a brick church built in 1984-1993, according to the project of Mikhail Balash, on the site of the old wooden church of the nineteenth century, burned in 1984. It is one of the largest country churches in Poland. Ceremonial consecration took place on 27th August 1993. The following artists worked on the interior decoration: Yaroslav Vishchenko - polychromes, Alexander Los and Victor Downar - icons in iconostasis and Nikolai Bakumienko - sculpture in iconostasis. The work on beautification of the interior was finished in 1996. The church has four domes.
