Galeria Malta - a 3-storey shopping center in Poznań, opened on 25 March 2009. It is located at the intersection of Antoniego Baraniaka and Jana Pawła II streets in Łacina, which is part of the auxiliary unit of Osiedle Rataje, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Malta and recreational areas of Malta. There are dozens of stores, service points, cafes, restaurants, a Multikino multiplex, an Empik lounge, a fitness club and a playground for children. Galeria Malta occupies 162,000 m² of total space, including 54,000 m² of retail and entertainment space. It is connected to the waterfront with Lake Malta, has a free multi-storey parking lot for 1,800 cars and elevators for the disabled.
After the Posnania shopping center in Malta was opened in 2016, individual stores and retail outlets were gradually closed - by 2020, as many as two-thirds of them were vacant. In December 2020, it was reported that work was underway to amend the local zoning plan, which would allow for a change in the facility's function.
