The Serralves Foundation Museum of Contemporary Art is located in the Portuguese city of Porto.
The building, designed by architect Siza Vieira, is surrounded by Serralves Park, where works of art by various contemporary artists are also on display, alongside the typical flora of the northern region of Portugal, such as oaks, birch trees, and yew trees.
The Museum is already considered a reference space, internationally, when it comes to contemporary art exhibitions. The museum's permanent collection, where we find references to many outstanding artists, is essentially made up of works from the late 1960s to the present day.
