The house of the First President of the Court of Appeal is a remarkable house on the island of Reunion, a French overseas department and region in the southwestern Indian Ocean. Located in the city center of Saint-Denis at number 140 of the street Juliette-Dodu, it belonged to the Ministry of Justice since 1963. It is partly classified and partly registered as a historical monument since May 30, 1984.
Classified in 1984 as a historical monument, it was sold by the State in 2013 to Farouk Mangrolia, who had it entirely restored by ALSEI Océan Indien and renamed it Villa Lenoir, to then house AGORAH.
Access is open to the public through 36 rue Félix Guyon
