Pleșcoi sausages

Pleșcoi sausages are a delectable Romanian delicacy originating from the village of Pleșcoi in Buzău County. Crafted primarily from mutton, these sausages are imbued with robust flavors through a liberal use of chili peppers and garlic. Should the mutton be notably fatty, a portion of beef may be incorporated, though the beef should never constitute more than half of the mutton content.
