The shopping center is located on Leningradskoe Shosse next to Voikovskaya metro station and Baltiyskaya MCC station. It was built in 2009. The shopping center is a part of the Metropolis mixed-use complex, which also includes three office buildings.

A pedestrian route between the metro station "Voykovskaya" on the Zamoskvoretskaya line and the station "Baltiyskaya" of the Moscow Central Ring passes through the shopping center "Metropolis".
