"Military Echelon" is a military train headed by steam locomotive Er, installed as a monument in Volgograd near the museum-panorama "The Battle of Stalingrad". The memorial complex was built in June 2009 and is dedicated to railway workers and military builders, who provided an uninterrupted supply of military cargoes to the Stalingrad front during the Battle of Stalingrad.
