Ptichya Gavan is a natural park located within the city of Omsk, a specially protected area, endowed with the status of an object of regional significance. Natural and anthropogenic community, which is important for the ecological framework of the city. It is located on the way of birds' migration, during the autumn migrations up to three thousand birds stop at the reservoirs. The bird's harbor is an object of research of Omsk scientists and, according to the plans of the governor of the Omsk region, it should become a trademark of the city.

Located on the left bank near Victory Park, in the floodplain of the Irtysh River, between the international airport "Omsk-Central" and the Leningrad bridge.
