Cichy Wierch - the peak of the Liptów kick located between the smooth Wierch, from which he is separated by the Napper Pass, and the garai kopa, from which he is separated by the switch. From the top to the south-east, the arm leaves, which limits the Kobyla valley from the southwest. The northern slopes of Ciche Wierch go down to the Wierchcicha Valley belonging to the Cicha Valley system, from which the peak took its name. From the side of the Kobyle valley, its foot is quite steeply undercut, piarags flared from them stops the long moraine shaft.
Entrances to the summit have long been known to shepherds and poachers. We do not know the names of the summit conquerors. The first recorded winter tourist entrance - Józef Grabowski with five people accompanying March 3, 1912. In the past, Cichy Wierch was grazed. From 1949, this area is the area of strict protection of Tanap and is unavailable.
On Polish maps, this peak always had the name Tichý Vrch and the height of 1979 m. Slovaks in 1983 and 1993 on the maps they gave the name Tichý Kopec and the height of 1943 m. Slovak Tatras Ivan Bohuš gave the name Tichý Vrch and height 1943 m. In 1999. Slovaks agreed with the Polish version.
