Roblekov house on Begunjščici - a tourist hostel that lies on the viewpoint of the west back of Begunjščica. He bears the name of Hugon Roblek, a pioneer of mountain tourism in Górna Land.
The first hostel was built on July 25, 1909 and was rather lower than today. They were built by the Radovljic branch of the SPD and gave her the name of Dr. Janek Vilfran, a lawyer from Radovljica and the then president of the branch. The contemporary hostel was built on July 20, 1933. He was named after Hugon Roblek, a pioneer of mountain tourism in the Upper Kraina, which died tragically while setting a folk house in Trieste. The mountain hostel was set on fire on April 30, 1943, and renovated on September 15, 1946.
In 1975, the south of Radovljica renovated the shelter. When celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Society on August 31, 1975, a hostel was opened. A greater renovation was carried out in 1987. The woodshed, in which there was also a warehouse, in 1991 converted into the Winter Chamber. In 1993 a thorough renovation of the shelter began: the roof was changed and the water supply was renovated. Later, photovoltaic cells were added to obtain electricity and external paragraphs were built. In 2005, the entire roof was replaced and a new cover was added, the dining room and kitchen were enlarged, new windows were built and the power of the solar system was enlarged.
The hostel is constantly open from June 17 to the last Sunday of September; On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at other times, if there is nice weather. There are 50 seats and a bar in the space for guests; There are 40 places on the benches on the terrace in front of the shelter. There are 18 beds in 5 rooms, and 15 lying places in the collective room; The winter chamber has 8 places; The space for guests is heated with a stove; Water is rainwater, solar system and power generator, an external paragraph, the house also has a cell and radio network.
