Ermita de Nuestra Señora de los Afligidos, Icod de los Vinos

The Hermitage or Sanctuary of the Calvary in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, island of Tenerife, rises on a square in high, characterized by its slight slope and which is accessed by a staircase. The space is delimited by a grille supported by a wall canvas, with interspersed pillars topped by balls. In the interior there are sections of garden in which laurels of Indies of certain development stand out. In it is venerated the image of the Holy Christ of Calvary, whose image was sculpted in Havana and came to Icod in 1729.
