The Hundsteinhütte is a mountain hut of the Swiss Alpine Club in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden.

It is located about six kilometers east of the Säntis above the Fälensee lake at 1553 meters above sea level in the Alpstein of the Appenzell Alps.

The hut offers 44 sleeping places in summer. It is continuously staffed from May to October. During the winter months there are 12 sleeping places in the winter room.
