The Zeitturm is a gate tower in Mellingen, Switzerland. It is located on the southern edge of the old town, at the obtuse angle of the isosceles triangular town plan. The tower rises above the Lenzburg Gate, the passage between the central main street to the Reuss Bridge and the Lindenplatz, where the main roads to Baden, Brugg and Lenzburg meet. The Lenzburg Gate is the only gateway in the Canton of Aargau where the forework has been preserved.
