Kurtheater Baden is a visiting theater in Baden, Switzerland. With 611 seats, it is the largest theater with complete infrastructure in the canton of Aargau. The Theaterstiftung der Region Baden-Wettingen, as the owner of the Kurtheater, is responsible for its operation, maintenance and administration. For the 2008/09 season, it was the only guest theater in the German-speaking world to receive a nomination as "Theater of the Year" in the critics' poll conducted by the renowned trade magazine Theater heute.
