Facts and practical information
The Bagua Mountain Silver Bridge is a suspension bridge in Taiwan during the Japanese rule, originally located on the road from Changhua Shrine to Prince Nohisa's Changhua relics at North Shirakawa Shrine. It is now located in the Bagua Mountain Scenic Area in Changhua City, Changhua County, and is connected to the middle section of the Bagua Mountain Literary Trail and the middle section of the Forest Trail.
In December of 1950, the suspension bridge was rebuilt by the Chang Hwa Bank due to its old and dilapidated condition, and the name of the bridge was given the name "Silver Bridge" because of the bank's contribution. On June 10, 2003, Baguashan Silver Bridge was announced as a historical building.
