Liyu Mountain, located at the junction of Chi Nan Village and Zhi Xue Village, Shoufeng Township, Hualien County, Taiwan, with a peak elevation of 601 meters, is one of the small 100 mountains in Taiwan. It is the watershed of the main stream of Hualien River and its tributaries, Mugua River and Lao River, and there is a triangular point 4302 at the peak. It has a good view of the coastal mountain range, Hetian Mountain and Yuemei Mountain, as well as the Chuyin Mountain to the north. The Forestry Bureau has established the Liyu Mountain National Trail, which is a regional level national trail and is under the jurisdiction of the Hualien Forestry District Administration.
There is the famous Leiyu Lake in the west valley of Leiyu Mountain.
