Facts and practical information

Grfa - Góra in Gorgany, 1748 m a.s.l. The highest peak of the Groanian band. The peak party has rock debris, below - Kosówka. Thanks to the height and central location, the best panoramas of Western Gorgan are from it.

There is a stone mound on the top of the mountain. The East Carpathian tourist trail runs through the Grof. There are two tourist shelters nearby - on the Plaszce Pass and on the pass between Grofa and the Grofee horse. On the northern slopes of the summit there was a landslide lake called Grofeec pond, currently it is filled with water only periodically in spring.

Thanks to the hiking trails in the Kotelc Valley, you can take a one -day trip from Osmołody for a grof.
