Farndale
Farndale is a valley and community in Ryedale district, North Yorkshire, England, which is known for the daffodils which flower each spring along a 7-mile stretch of the River Dove. The valley is in the North York Moors National Park, some 11 miles north of Kirkbymoorside, the nearest town.
Newton Dale

Formed during the last major ice age, it has a classic U-shaped valley formation caused by the action of glaciers carving away the rock. Eskdale is named after its river which in Celtic means water or stream.
Sleightholme Dale
Sleightholme Dale, sometimes spelt in one word, Sleightholmedale, is a valley in the North York Moors in North Yorkshire, England. The dale is the middle section of the valley of Hodge Beck, below Bransdale and above Kirkdale. 28.7 hectares of the dale is designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest, notified in 1987.
