USS Constitution, Boston

The USS Constitution, berthed in Boston, Massachusetts, is a living testament to American naval history. Launched in 1797, this wooden-hulled, three-masted heavy frigate is the world's oldest commissioned naval vessel still afloat. Known affectionately as "Old Ironsides" due to her resilience in battle, the USS Constitution earned her fame during the War of 1812, where she captured numerous merchant ships and defeated five British warships.
