It is bounded by McCarter Highway, Peddie St, Irvine Turner Blvd, Avon Ave, Clinton Ave, Lincoln Pk, Pennsylvania Ave and South St. The area is a residential neighborhood with Elizabeth Ave, Frelinghuysen Ave and Broad St running through it. The neighborhood is home to the locally well-known Malcolm X Shabazz High School and two small parks: Milford Ave. Park, and one on Pennsylvania Ave. ()
