Dulce de batata

Dulce de batata, also known as doce de batata doce, is a cherished traditional dessert in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Brazil. Made from sweet potatoes, this delightful treat has a jelly-like consistency reminiscent of marmalade. In Brazil, it is also referred to as marrom glacê.
