The sea lion reserve of the port of Mar del Plata or sea lion faunal reserve is a small urban protected area located on the sea coast of the city of Mar del Plata, specifically in the homonymous port, southeast of the province of Buenos Aires, central-eastern Argentina. In addition to being a popular tourist attraction, its objective is to protect the northernmost colony of pinnipeds in the country.
