The Klostertaler Umwelthütte is, in addition to the DAV-Haus Obertauern, the Hannoverhaus, and the Neue Prager Hütte, the fourth own Alpine Club hut of the German Alpine Club and is therefore not affiliated with any section. The hut is a category I self-catering hut and is located at 2366 m above sea level in the Klostertal/Silvretta valley in the municipality of Gaschurn in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg.
