Facts and practical information
Built in 1690, the small chapel "Zum Bild" in the Meisten district of the Bregenzerwald community of Andelsbuch in the Vorarlberg district of Bregenz is a listed building.
The simple rectangular building with a wooden gable roof is crowned by a ridge turret. The facade, renewed in 1980, is partially covered with wood. On the side of the rectangular portal there are two windows. In the gable there is a crucifix from the 18th century and inside there is a small altar from the 17th century: The altarpiece from 1840 shows the "Death of St. Joseph" flanked by figures of St. Sebastian, and St. Anne. Above it is a 17th century overpainted representation of St. Catherine. The Stations of the Cross inside date from the second half of the 19th century.
