The command building Oberst Bilgeri is a barracks complex of the Austrian Armed Forces in Bregenz, the capital of Vorarlberg. The barracks are home to the Vorarlberg Military Command, the Vorarlberg Military Music and the command of the Vorarlberg Militia Hunter Battalion. The military building is named after Georg Bilgeri, a native of Bregenz and pioneer of alpine skiing. The current commander on site is the Vorarlberg military commander, Brigadier Gunther Hessel.
The buildings of the barracks are located directly east of the Vorarlberger Straße, which is also called Reichsstraße in the Bregenz city area. Opposite the barracks runs the railroad line between Bregenz and Lindau and then follows to the west already the lake promenade of Lake Constance. A few meters away from the barracks is also the present-day Bregenz harbor and the ÖBB train stop Bregenz-Hafen.
