The Giménez House is a neo-Mudejar building located in the city of Antofagasta, Chile. It was designed by architect José Espiau y Muñoz and built by Jaime Pedreny.
This building, built by order of its owner, Ismael Giménez, served as the family residence and commercial headquarters of Almacenes Giménez, a store that began operations in 1924 and ceased to operate in the 1980s.
On July 17, 2002, the Regional Council of Antofagasta declared the house as urban heritage, under the category of Historic Conservation Property, according to the General Law of Urbanism and Constructions of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism.
