Facts and practical information
Iguaque Fauna and Flora Sanctuary is one of Colombia's 56 national natural parks. It has an area of 6750 hectares of moorland and Andean forest, and is located in the Eastern Cordillera in the department of Boyacá. It crosses this mountain range for a stretch of 8 km in the jurisdiction of the municipalities of Tunja, Villa de Leyva and Arcabuco.
