The revolving auditorium Český Krumlov is an originally designed auditorium of a natural open-air theatre, one of several known revolving auditoriums, located in the garden of the Český Krumlov castle. Its history dates back to 1958, when it was promoted in Bohemia by Joan Brehms, a naturalised stage designer of Latvian origin, together with the then director of the South Bohemian Theatre, Otto Haas. The operator of the Rotating Auditorium since its inception has been the South Bohemian Theatre based in České Budějovice.
