The Jewish cemetery in Radenín is located on a hill, 200 m northeast of the village. It was founded after the arrival of Jewish families to Radenín before 1674, the oldest surviving tombstone dates back to 1699. Before 1866 the cemetery was enlarged to its present area of 1403 m2. The cemetery also served the town of Chýnov and a number of surrounding villages, and after 1900 also the remaining members of the originally independent religious community in Choustník. The last burial documented by sources was in 1938.
There are 300 tombstones of Baroque, Classicist and Modern type. Notable are the tombstones of Samuel Sonn with a unique sun relief, and Rabbi Leopold Frank. MUDr. Eduard Benes, mayor of the Society of Czech Jewish Academics, is buried here.
The cemetery, which has been damaged and ruined several times and was declared a cultural monument in 1958, is gradually being repaired with funds from the Jewish Community in Prague.
