The Old Synagogue in Milevsko is located near the New Synagogue on Beneš Square in house no. 387. The building of this former old synagogue was the property of the Premonstratensian monastery.

The original house of prayer, which may date from the 18th century, was rebuilt in 1812 and services were held there until 1919. The rebuilding of the front building near the square covered the synagogue, so it merged with it and today forms its basement. Today, only the remains of the entrance in the foundations of the cellar are visible.
