Møgeltønder Kirke is a Danish church in Møgeltønder Sogn, Møgeltønder-Ubjerg Pastorat, Tønder Provsti, Ribe Stift.
After the Reformation, the church came under Møgeltønder len and thus first Møgeltønderhus and since 1661 Schackenborg.
In 1970, the church became independent and restoration work was begun, which lasted until 1988.
The church has hosted four royal events in recent times. On 4 October 2002, Prince Felix was baptised in the church. On 24 May 2008, the church was the setting for the wedding of Prince Joachim and Marie Cavallier. On 26 July 2009, Prince Henrik was baptised in the church. On 20 May 2012, Princess Athena was christened in the church.
