Giza
Giza is the second-largest city in Egypt after Cairo and fourth-largest city in Africa after Kinshasa, Lagos and Cairo. It is the capital of Giza Governorate with a total population of 9.2 million as of 2021.
Shubra El Kheima
Shubra El Kheima, is the fourth-largest city in Egypt after Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. It is located in the Qalyubia Governorate along the northern edge of the Cairo Governorate. It forms part of the Greater Cairo agglomeration.
Heliopolis
Heliopolis was a major city of ancient Egypt. It was the capital of the 13th or Heliopolite Nome of Lower Egypt and a major religious centre. It is now located in Ayn Shams, a northeastern suburb of Cairo. Heliopolis was one of the oldest cities of ancient Egypt, occupied since the Predynastic Period.
El Hawamdeya
El Hawamdeya is a city in the Giza Governorate of Egypt. Successive census results indicate a considerable steady rise in its population - 73,298 in 1986, 91,732 in 1996, 109,468 in and 113,128 in 2008.
Fustat
Fustat, also Fostat, Al Fustat, Misr al-Fustat and Fustat-Misr, was the first capital of Egypt under Muslim rule, and the historical centre of modern Cairo.
