Facts and practical information
The chapel of Notre-Dame de Quelven is a Marian sanctuary in the parish of Guern. It became an important place of pilgrimage and was rebuilt at the end of the 15th century. The monumentality of this building is explained by the Marian pardon of the Assumption which takes place there on August 15, the third largest pardon in Morbihan after those of Sainte-Anne-d'Auray and Notre-Dame du Roncier.
