Stollen is a beloved German fruit bread traditionally enjoyed during the Christmas season. Dresden Stollen is closely linked to the city’s Christmas market, the Striezelmarkt, and is known for being cut with a special knife. In 2010, the largest Stollen ever baked was recorded at a staggering 72.1 meters in length, earning a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records.
