Applewood is a neighbourhood in the town of Swords in Ireland. It was built around the year 2002 by property developer Gerry Gannon. It has been designed village-style with a main street lined with shops in the centre, with housing estates surrounding the area. In 2006 Applewood won the Best Urban Village at the National Tidy Towns competition. ()
