Gizzada

Gizzada, sometimes referred to as Grizzada or Guizada in Portuguese, is a delectable pastry cherished in both Jamaican and Portuguese cuisines. Often affectionately called "pinch-me-round" because of its distinctive pinched crust, this tart boasts a small, crispy pastry shell filled with a sweet and spiced coconut filling. Should you ever visit Trinidad, you may encounter a similar treat known as Coconut Tart.
