The Osawa Family Residence is a warehouse structure located in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. It is the oldest warehouse structure in Kawagoe that survived the Great Kawagoe Fire of 1893 and is also the oldest existing warehouse structure in the Kanto region. It is designated as a National Important Cultural Property. It is also called "Komatsu-ya" from its current trade name.
