Komyoji Temple is a temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect located in Komyoji-cho, Minami-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is the oldest temple in Yokohama. The main image of the temple, a standing wooden statue of the eleven-faced Kannon, is a National Important Cultural Property.

The temple name was widely used as the name of the town and station, and from the Edo period until 1889, the whole area was called Komyoji-mura.
