Yi na shi chuang zao guan, Ina

Kamiina Library was a public library in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan, opened in 1930 and operated by the Kamiina Library Foundation. It was the only public library in Ina City where there was no public library, and was closed in 2003 due to a sharp decrease in the number of users after the opening of the Ina City Library in 1994. It was transferred to Ina City and became a tangible cultural property of Ina City on August 27, 2008, and reopened in 2010 as the Ina City Creation Center, which functions as a lifelong learning facility and a museum-like facility.
