Utsunomiya Futaarasan Shrine is located in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. It is a shiki-uchi-sha Onsha, the first shrine in Shimono-no-kuni. The shrine was formerly a national mintage shrine, and is now an annexed shrine of the Jinja Honcho. The shrine's crest is "Mitsuboe".

The official name of the shrine is Futarasan Shrine, but to distinguish it from Futarasan Shrine in Nikko, it is called "Utsunomiya Futarasan Shrine" in honor of the place where it is located. In the old days, it was also called Utsunomiya-dai Myojin. Today, the shrine is commonly referred to as "Futaarasan.
