The zelkova tree at Aoi Shrine is a giant zelkova tree that grows on the grounds of Aoi Shrine in Jindaiji-Motomachi 5-chome, Chofu City, Tokyo. The tree has been known for a long time, as it is mentioned in "Shinpen Musashi Fudoki Sho" and "Edo Meisho Zue". It is the largest tree in Chofu City and was designated as a natural monument of the city in 1972.
