Ewsum or De Oort is a former borg near Middelstum, in the Dutch province of Groningen. All that remains of the borg is the distinctive gun turret from 1472 and one of the treasure houses. The borg is seen as the ancestral home of the Van Ewsum family, but this is uncertain. Wigbold's descendant later had the Nienoord borg built.
