Facts and practical information
The Limburgs Openluchtmuseum Eynderhoof is an open air museum in Nederweert-Eind in the Dutch province of Limburg. Eynderhoof aims to show life in the Peel region around 1900. It has been in operation as such since 1990. In that year the first building, sawmill Bî-j Maantje, was put into use in the vicinity of the already existing heemtuin. Since then the number of museum buildings has continued to increase and more volunteers joined in. In 2021 Eynderhoof will be a medium-sized museum. The latest expansion is the Gaffel, a multifunctional crafts building. A peel farm is under construction to house livestock. The museum is open from April 1 through October 31.
