b. Synagoga, Zawiercie

Synagogue in Zawiercie - a synagogue located in Zawiercie at 41 Marszałkowska Street.

The synagogue was built in 1880. During World War II the Nazis devastated the synagogue. After the war, the synagogue was rebuilt several times, which made it lose its original appearance. For a long time, the synagogue housed stores, such as consumer electronics and household appliances. Presently, it stands abandoned and deteriorates.

The brick synagogue building was erected on a rectangular plan. In the western part there was a vestibule, from which one could enter a spacious main prayer room. Currently, the building has lost its original internal and external appearance.
